We do not hold you credit card information and you will be taken to a new page where your payment can be taken by Shopify.

You can rest assured that using our online service is safe and that any transaction you make are both private and protected.

Our free Click & Collect service is now available online and your collection times can be chosen at the checkout, collection will be made from James of Shepperton 82 - 84 High Street, Shepperton, Surrey, TW17 9AU.

The click and Collect service is available for most but not all of the items we sell, we have also made items in weight categories to make your shopping experience easier for you.

Please bring your payment card you used to place your order with you when you collect so that we can verify the order. If you require someone else to collect your order you will need to put this in your notes section and they will need to bring I.D.

Our local Deliveries will be made by our fleet of refrigerated vans.

Please make sure that somebody is home to accept your Delivery , during your selected slot.

We are unable to leave unattended outside and you will be charged for redelivery

We will endeavour to ensure our product availability is always up to date so there will be no substitutes on your order.

We will not be able to accept back any meat returns, if you do have a problem please contact us immediately via info@butchers-shop.com with photos and information about problem.

Any condiments purchased may be returned after satisfactory inspection of the product by ourselves.

Register your details on the site and feel free to browse. Once you have registered you can come back again and again.

Choose products and add them to your basket. once you have everything you need your can choose your collection dates or delivery dates and you will be redirected to Shopify to pay for your goods.

Collect your order on the times you stated and it will be ready for you or be at home for your selected delivery time.

Payment will be made through Shopify.

Pricing will be based on approximate weight and will be as close to the weight as possible, we will ensure that this variation never exceeds more or less than 10% of any item specified.

Promotions and prices will be automatically calculated on the order.

You can log into your account and view your orders when you need to.

You can log onto your account and change your details whenever you need to. You will get an e-mail informing you of any changes you make on your account. if you have any problems please feel free to contact us.

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Google Pay, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Amex.

Please note: All payments must be made online when placing your order. We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf.
