Do you want to know more about butchery? Have you ever wondered about what really happens to your meat before it ends up on your plate? Then you’re in the right place.
Enjoy an evening full of laughs, lessons, and delicious food with our butchery masterclass.
During the evening you will learn first-hand how to butcher and prepare a chicken, pork loin and a rack of lamb getting hand on throughout the process. There will be a short break for food and drinks after which the course will continue.
The floor is open for questions, giving you the opportunity to find out industry insights as well as the tips and tricks we use in the trade.
Once the evening is over, you’ll receive a bag full of the meat you have butchered yourself as well as a complimentary apron and boning knife.
We pride ourselves on our skills and expertise, which is why we started these evenings to share our love for butchery and helping people enjoy it too.
Our classes take place on Monday evenings from 18.30 until 21.30 and are in high demand, meaning spaces are limited. Book now to avoid disappointment.

Our Terms and Conditions
Due to the popularity of our courses and their limited spaces, re-booking fees made less than 5 working days will require a £25 charge. Any cancellations made on the day of the course will mean you will lose your booking and place on our list.
