A fairly Unknown Cut, it's the next two Ribs from the Fore-Rib (Ribeye Steak)..... So Super tasty and Tender.

Our butchers have French trimmed the Ribs of this Free Range, Grass Fed, Rare Breed Chuck-Eye. 

Easy to Carve as only the Rib bones remains, making this a Perfect Beef Roast or Slow Cook
