Dry Cured from our own Free-range pork, our gammon and bacon meat All the pigs’ diets are GM-free, grass-fed and without hormones or antibiotics, sourced from local farms. We dry cure our bacons using traditional methods, intensifying the taste of our gammon and bacon to ensure the best flavour for our customers.
Our award-winning pork puts animal welfare and the community first, focusing on our delicious tastes and flavouring.
